SHIPPING (General)
All orders are subject to availability. Packages are shipped via the United States Post Office, FedEx or UPS nonetheless, we reserve the right to ship by other carriers. We can not ship on weekends, or holidays. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. expressly reserves the right to refuse to conduct business with any third party.

Returned checks will be subject to the maximum returned check fee allowed by law. Paying by check will delay your order, as does not process or ship your items until your funds clear. Payment by check typically delays your order up to 2 weeks. Starter checks are not accepted.

The Standard Shipping method takes approx. 3-5 business day delivery. Faster delivery is available, rates based on the delivery service you select.

All orders shipped anywhere in the state of Texas are subject to the current Texas State sales tax. All other locations are exempt as by law.

Repairs may result in voided warranties to device/s sent to us for repair. In the event of physical lost or damaged unit/s or any other customer owned property sent for repair, shall not be liable for more than $100 (one hundred dollars) or the amount paid for repair per unit.

• Item being returned must be in same condition as when we shipped out. No exception.
• Issue in question must be for the specific repair ordered or specific item ordered. No exception.
• Buyer will pay the inbound shipping cost regardless of circumstances or reasons. No exception.
• DoctorQuickfix will pay return shipping back to buyer's original address.

We ship most packages within 72 hours of receipt of your order. Standard Shipping delivery based on the delivery service you select.

Expedited shipping is approx. 5-7 business days and packages are sent USPS Express Mail International Delivery. We will notify you by email the day your package is shipped, along with the tracking number. You may receive a phone call from your customs office to appear to open and sign for your package, but in any case, a signature is required for Expedited Service at delivery , so please be available to do so.

Delays may be experienced during holidays and wartime, as well as by your local customs office for their security issues. Any duties and or taxes imposed by your country are your sole responsibility to pay. reserves the right to refuse shipment to any country, including those to which the U.S. has embargoed goods, any country on the U.S. Treasury Department's list of specially Designated Nationals, and any country listed on the U.S. Commerce Department's Table of Deny Orders.

On international shipments there is a strong likelihood that your packages will be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your packages sent and may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. RETURNS/REFUNDS reserves the right to reject any product for return or refund. The condition of the product can not be damaged or abused.
We offer a 90day Guarantee on repaired parts. Abuse, Physical damage, water Damage are Not covered under this Guarantee.

For your protection, we recommend that you use USPS insured, return receipt requested. is not responsible for any costs of shipping and handling on returned items. Any shipping and handling costs charged on your order will be deducted from your refund. We will issue a refund to your original form of payment for items returned within 24 days.

Items That Cannot Be Returned
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES are we able to accept returns or refund downloadable PDFs, gift cards, and shrink-wrapped items that have been opened.

Our techs make every effort to repair each and every order quickly and cost effectively, however sometimes parts are in short supply which can slow the repair process.
Some repairs need a new back plate or other parts once they are opened, we offer a discount for these parts since they may be necessary to complete the repair.

Please only send your invoice and contact information when sending a device in for repair. Please do not send any accessories or cables etc. will not be held responsible for the return of anything other than the device sent to us for repairs.
Do NOT Ship your phone in the original box provided with the phone. If you send the iPod or iPhone in its original box you will not get the box returned to you.
All boxes and packaging used to ship us your cellphone will be discarded

Data: is not liable for any lost data during repair. Please backup your data prior to sending in your iPod or iPhone for repair. Backup any data you want to keep before sending your unit in for service. We cannot be responsible for anyloss of data on your mobile device. Almost all repairs to your iPod or iPhone and other digital products involve disconnecting the battery, which will result in data loss on your iPod/iPhone in Non-volatile storage

Once a repair is completed, the parts used for the repair are non-refundable and any further repairs, installations or removal of parts at the customer's request will incur an additional technician fee.
All damaged parts removed from an iPod , IPad , iPhone or any other device during a repair will become property of and will be disposed of at our discretion.

Abandonment Policy :
Any device including iPod, iPhone or accessory left at our repair center longer than 45 days waiting for payment or response will be considered "abandoned" and will become our property.
We usually send a diagnosis email within 72hrs of receipt for a device need additional repairs or parts, if you do not receive this email please check the spam folder of your email program or contact us at

Website Price Errors
If any product or service is listed on our website at the incorrect price, reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for product listed at the incorrect price before the order has been shipped.
